Times New Roman, Calibri, and many other popular fonts are created by Microsoft that can’t include with Linux. When you open a word document that’s created with MS office in OpenOffice or LibreOffice, its important Microsoft’s fonts installed on your Linux Author: Srikant Sahu. My project have all its text in calibri my choice, its working perfect in Window o.s in all major browser, but when we try to deploy the same project on Linux or Mac the font style (font family,size)changes and take some other form, it looks weird. For example, while Microsoft does not want its fonts used with GNU/Linux, you may legally copy any font from Debian onto a Microsoft Windows computer. Another workaround would be to keep a document written in a proprietary font and always use that as a template to start new documents.
